On scalp lightner HAS TO COMMIT TO COMING BACK EVERY 4-6 WEEKS if client does not they understand their may be lines of demarcation and uneven tones

Full head bleach out -or- color correction TEST STRAND HAS TO BE BOOKED BEFORE THIS!!!! Client is paying for TIME AND PRODUCT i can not book other clients while providing either of these services.
